Joya De Nicaragua is well known for the pride it has in its home country. Emboldened by the independence movements in Latin America and throughout the Caribbean, and by the American War of Independence and French Revolution, Central Americans won their right to self-government and the stage was set for the creation of the nations of Guatemala. Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica.
Although details of the Dos Cientos blend has not been released, Joya De Nicaragua are showcasing tobaccos from different Central American countries to celebrate this achievement.
Dos Cientos will be part of Joya De Nicaragua's ultra-premium Obras Maestras family of cigars., that includes CInca Decades, Cuatro Cinco and Numero Uno, all of which commemorate special moments in their history as the Cigar Makers who started the Nicaraguan cigar industry in 1968.
Only 3,000 boxes of this one-time release will be produced, and we have secured 100 boxes for the UK market from the 500 that will be released internationally, The cigar features a 6 x 54 Gran Toro and each box contains 21 cigars, including one cigar encased in a unique paper wrap that is intended to be smoked during a special virtual celebration on Nicaraguan Independence Day on 15th September 2021.
