Le Bijou 1922 ("The Jewel") is a blend within the My Father range that José "Pepín" García created in memory of his own father, who was born in 1922. It is dressed in a dark Habano Oscuro wrapper, chosen for its deep natural colour, over Nicaraguan binder and filler, and is presented in the line's distinctive white boxes with a secondary band.
Tor Imports describes it as a full-bodied cigar with a notably rich aroma. The importer lists the Torpedo Box Pressed as Cigar Aficionado's No. 1 cigar of 2015 (having also appeared at No. 9 in 2013), and the Toro as rated 95 by Cigar Journal.
