La Flor Dominicana - El Carajon - Box of 100

El Carajón is a small 4 x 34 cigar from La Flor Dominicana, released in December 2014. According to Tor Imports, the name blends "carajo", an exclamation of surprise, with "cajón", meaning cabinet, a nod to its double-lidded cabinet box. It uses an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper over Dominican binder and filler from LFD's own farm.

Tor Imports calls it a small cigar with a surprising amount of power and flavour and rates it full in strength. halfwheel's reviewer found roasted wood, nuttiness and black pepper moving to hickory, cedar and a sweeter walnut note, and advised smoking it slowly, as the slim format can run hot. Made in the Dominican Republic.
