Hoyo De Monterrey - Elegantes - La Casa del Habano Exclusive

An unusual shape for Hoyo de Monterrey: the Elegantes is a slender figurado, tapered at both ends, in the old Tacos format. Habanos introduced it quietly at the 2016 Habanos Festival as the La Casa del Habano exclusive for that year, and it reached the shops in 2017. It measures 158mm with a 47 ring gauge and comes in slide-lid boxes of ten.

Connoisseurs' notes: Cigar Aficionado ranked it No. 4 in its 2022 Top 25 (95 points), finding concentrated nutmeg, candied apple and vanilla.
