Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust - Sobremesa Brulee Gordo - Box of 13

Sobremesa Brûlée is Steve Saka's take on the classic Connecticut-wrapped cigar, released in 2019 with the aim of recapturing the richer Connecticut blends of the past rather than the grassy, bitter style he felt many had become. Made at Joya de Nicaragua, it pairs an Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade wrapper with a Mexican San Andrés negro binder and four Nicaraguan fillers from Condega, Pueblo Nuevo and Estelí. It is a gentler version of the original Sobremesa blend.

halfwheel's reviewer noted nutty flavours, peanut butter and creaminess, with touches of citrus and butterscotch and little pepper.
