AJ Fernandez - New World Oscuro Navegante Robusto - Box of 21

The original New World, launched in 2014 as the first blend AJ Fernandez created with his father, Ismael, who had spent 17 years with the Plasencia family. The name refers to the tobacco-growing world beyond Cuba. It is a box-pressed Nicaraguan puro made at AJ's Estelí factory. A dark Estelí oscuro wrapper and a Jalapa binder hold filler from Ometepe, Condega and Estelí.

Tor Imports describes coffee, pepper, wood and chocolate. Halfwheel's reviewers have found it earthy and peppery, with a little dark chocolate sweetness.
