AJ Fernandez - Bellas Artes Habano Robusto - Box of 20

The original Bellas Artes blend, launched by AJ Fernandez in 2016 and made at his factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. The wrapper is 'Rojita', AJ's own hybrid of Connecticut, Corojo and Havana seed varieties grown in Nicaragua. The binder is Havana 92 from Quilalí in northern Nicaragua, and the filler blends tobacco from Nicaragua, Honduras and Brazil. The robusto has a Spanish-style box press.

Tor Imports lists cream, white pepper, cinnamon and orange peel. Halfwheel's reviewer noted a peppery start over wheat and minerals, with wood and creaminess later on.
