Robert Lewis - 123 Mixture - 50g Tin

Pipe tobaccos carrying the name of Robert Lewis, the historic St James's tobacconist. According to Tor Imports, all but the Tree Mixture date from the 19th century and recall traditional English blends enjoyed by generations of British pipe smokers. Sold in 50g tins: 123 Mixture is an English blend of Latakia, double-fermented Black Cavendish, red Virginia and Oriental; Orcilla an Oriental mixture on a mature Virginia base; Tree Mixture a Latakia, Virginia and Oriental blend; Wingfield a red and golden Virginia mixture.

Tor notes nutty sweetness in Orcilla, spicy aromas and a smoothness likened to Balkan Sobranie in Tree Mixture, and a naturally sweet, slightly fruity character in Wingfield.
