Trinidad - Coloniales - Box of 24
Trinidad - Coloniales - Box of 24
A box of 24 cigars, the connoisseur's choice for laying down and ageing.
Added in 2003: a medium-length cigar with a generous 44 ring gauge.
Named after the historic town of Trinidad on Cuba's south coast, Trinidad dates from 1969 and was used only as a state gift to foreign dignitaries until it went on limited public sale in 1998, when the Fundadores was the only size. Habanos class Trinidad as medium in flavour.
Connoisseurs' notes
Published reviewers commonly describe the Coloniales as having spicy wood, coffee, honey and earth, with floral and cocoa notes.
Summarised from published tasting notes (Cigar Aficionado and specialist tobacconists).
