Its factory on Industria Street, just behind the Capitolio, became one of Havana's landmarks; production has since moved to Calle San Carlos. Every Partagás is long filler and totally handmade with Vuelta Abajo tobacco, and the marque is classed as \u003cb\u003efull\u003c\/b\u003e in flavour: deep, earthy and spicy. The Serie line dates back to the 1930s. The letter denotes the format (D for a 50 ring gauge, E for 54, P for Pirámide), and all share the red-and-gold band.
