Serie V Melanio Maduro is the box-pressed maduro version of Oliva's flagship Melanio line. Nicaraguan Habano tobaccos from the Jalapa region are wrapped in a Mexican maduro leaf from the San Andrés Valley.
Oliva and Tor Imports, the UK importer, both rate it full strength and aim it at dedicated maduro smokers. Oliva lists a 95-point Cigar Aficionado rating, and Cigar Snob named it a 2021 Cigar of the Year. Tor lists a Cigar Journal rating of 93 for the Robusto. Sizes include Robusto, Torpedo, Churchill and Figurado.
