A tin of five cigars, slim enough for a jacket pocket.
At just 3½" (90mm), H&F note this is about as short as any cigar made in Cuba today, yet it still delivers plenty of Montecristo flavour when time is short.
Montecristo was founded in 1935 and takes its name from Alexandre Dumas's 'The Count of Montecristo', a favourite read aloud to the rollers. The original range was numbered 1 to 5; the lighter Open Series followed in 2009 and the fuller Línea 1935 in 2017. All sizes use Vuelta Abajo filler and binder and are long filler, totally handmade. Flavour: Medium to Full (classic), Medium (Open), Full (Línea 1935).

Storage & smoking
Keep in a humidor at 65–70% relative humidity and around 16–18°C. Cut just above the cap line and toast the foot gently before lighting; smoke slowly and let it rest between draws.
