Undercrown 10 (UC 10) was released to mark ten years of Undercrown, the line created by the rollers at Drew Estate's La Gran Fabrica in Nicaragua. It is fuller than the original Undercrown, with a Mexican San Andrés Negro wrapper taken from the last priming of the plant (último corte), a Connecticut broadleaf binder and Nicaraguan and Honduran filler.
Drew Estate rates it full bodied and describes black pepper balanced by dried cherries, raisins and cocoa, likening the finish to Mexican hot chocolate.
