Backwoods are machine-made American cigars which, according to Tor Imports, are made from 100% natural tobacco. They are known for their rustic 'Wild & Mild' look: a tapered 4½ x 32 body with a broadleaf wrapper, a frayed foot and an unfinished head. They come five to an airtight, resealable foil pouch that helps keep in moisture and aroma.
Silver, previously sold as Custard, is the creamiest of the range; UK retailers describe cream and vanilla with a light coffee note. Simply Cigars rates Backwoods as mild, with a smoking time of about 25 minutes.
